2013 Chinese Manufacturing PLM Summit to be Held in Shanghai

The annual Chinese Manufacturing PLM Summit will be held in Shanghai Huating Hotel on December 28th and 29th 2013.

It is the 9th annual summit held by e-works, focusing on product innovation and digitalization. As one R&D gala held by the only third-party service unit in China, Chinese Manufacturing PLM Summit has gone across many cities since 2005 like Guangzhou, Beijing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Suzhou, Jinan, and Shenzhen in China.

The theme of this year is "the way of product innovation in information consumption era". As the rapid development of computing technology, communication technology, and internet technology, the consumption of information products and information service has been playing an important role in boosting nation's economy and stimulating domestic demand. More than 1,000 manufacturing R&D directors, informationization experts, software vendors, and famous enterprise CIOs will attend the summit and discuss how to apply product innovation and digitalization technology in practical R&D.

Some authoritative experts from Shanghai Aerospace Design and Research Institute, China Academy of Space Technology, Chery Auto Advanced Technology Research Institute, and Tsinghua University will be invited to attend the summit. Many home and abroad software vendors will also come to introduce their solutions, including PTC, HP, Dassault Systems, Siemens PLM, KMsoft, Altair, LMS, DS SIMULIA, DS SolidWorks, 3DSYSTEMES, Kingdee PLM etc. Famous enterprise CIOs from automobile, electronics, shipbuilding, aerospace, and energy industries will also come.
