2013 Hangzhou Manufacturing CIO Salon Successfully Closed

June 27 2013, Hangzhou—e-works, Chinese Manufacturing IT application portal announced that 2013 Hangzhou Manufacturing CIO Salon was successfully closed in Hangzhou. More than 70 manufacturers' CIOs from machinery/equipment, automotive, hi-tech electronics, bio-pharmaceutical, textile & apparel, and steel industries attended the Salon.

Representative enterprises are Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd., Geely Automobile, Double Coin Holdings Ltd., Wanxiang Group, H3C Technologies Co., Ltd., CONBA Group, Dunan Group, Hangzhou Iron & Steel Group Company. Attended CIOs discussed their IT application status in their enterprises and communicated their career development and IT team building together.

Dr. Pei Huang delivered a keynote speech on Integration of Industrialization with IT Application Upgrades Chinese Manufacturing. In the speech, Dr. Huang pointed out that the responsibilities of CIOs should be leading IT application in enterprises and promoting transformation and upgrading.

CIOs from different industries shared their IT construction experience. Mr. Xiangrong Zhu, Dunan Group Assistant President and CIO analyzed their company's problems and IT solution in terms of strategy. Mr. Xiang Cheng, IT Manager of Focused Photonics (Hangzhou), Inc., shared their featured IT construction experience. Besides, CIOs from Geely Automobile, Zhejiang Sanhua Co., Ltd., and ADICON Clinical Laboratories Inc. also shared their IT application experience based on their industry.

Bsiness Development Technology Consultant Xiaowei Li of DELL brought DELL enterprise-level integration solution.
