The 6th China International Import Expo's (CIIE) Technology and Automobile Exhibition pre-matching event was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) on Tuesday to connect suppliers and buyers.

Organized by the China International Import Expo Bureau and the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), and hosted by Bank of China's Shanghai branch, the event was attended by representatives from more than 45 exhibitors related to the digital automation, energy, and automobile sectors. They included companies like Keyence, General Electric, Qualcomm, Bosch, Mobi and Webasto.

Buyers from almost 100 leading industry corporations, and higher education institutions such as China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation, also participated in the event.

"These events are a vital means to promote on-site transactions at the expo and a signature service for precise matchmaking between exhibitors and buyers. The events actively contribute to fostering trade cooperation, transforming exhibits into commodities, and facilitating both domestic and international circulation," said Sun Chenghai, the deputy director of the China International Import Expo Bureau, during the event.
