Announces the appointment of PT.SCS. Astragraphia Technologies as Distributor in Indonesia            

Hong Kong – November 21, 2006 – Kingdee International Software Group, a leading enterprises resources planning (ERP) Software and e-Business application solution provider in China and Asia-Pacific today announced the appointment of a new business partner in Indonesia, as part of its expansion strategy in Asia Pacific.

PT.SCS. Astragraphia Technologies will become Kingdee's exclusive distributor to market its range of ERP solutions targeting at Small- and Medium-sized companies in Indonesia. At the same time, the company also announced an upgraded version of its Kingdee K/3 V10.3 that has simplified management and improved workflow functions for the manufacturing, accounting, supply-chain-management (SCM) and human resources management.

Mr Zeng Liang, Vice President & General Manager, Kingdee Asia Pacific remarked that the company was now poised to expand overseas after gaining success in China and Hong Kong. "The go-to-market strategy for Kingdee International will be to focus in the Asian markets and to expand our distribution network overseas by partnering leading IT services companies in all the different countries."

According to Zeng, the ERP market is still buoyant and continues to enjoy strong growth. Kingdee remains the market leader in China. With rapid growth in Hong Kong and China, Kingdee decided to embark on an aggressive strategy to capture increased marketshare in the international market.

"Many of our customers in China have expanded overseas, particularly in Southeast Asia. With our presence and support in the region, they can now enjoy a uniformed ERP solution from Kingdee, and obtain savings on investment and operational costs, by using the same solution from us. Furthermore, we have also gained many new clients through our local partners recently," added Mr Zeng. The Kingdee ERP K/3 solutions will be localized to the different Asian languages and local government and tax regulations.

In conjunction with the announcement, Kingdee International also announced an upgraded version of Kingdee K/3V10.3. The new version ensures data integrity and uniformity with improved workflow functions. A new export/import management facility to provide a management overview of SCM functions is also included. The solution also achieves complete management of SCM, information flow and cashflow of import and export.

Kingdee K/3V10.3 will offer enhanced features for manufacturing management by providing more transparent and real-time business reports to facilitate the decision making process. For Human Resources Management system, the upgrade will enable users to deploy resources more efficiently, based on the needs of the enterprise, thereby optimizing the manpower in the company.

Kingdee K/3V10.3 is now available through authorized distributors in the different territories.
