SEMICON China 2006 is taking place in the Pudong district of Shanghai from March 21-23, with participants including foundry service providers Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), Grace Semiconductor and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and IC test equipment providers Advantest, Agilent Technologies, ASM International and Credence Systems.

At the ongoing exhibition, China’s foundry providers SMIC, Shanghai Hua Hong NEC Electronics and Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (ASMC) are highlighting their 8- and 12-inch wafers manufactured on 90nm process technology.
