Oracle Completes Acquisition of Sun

Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL) announced today (January 27, 2010) that it had completed its acquisition of Sun Microsystems, Inc. Combination of the local entities worldwide will proceed in accordance with local laws.
