The implementation of the ERP project put CNR firmly on the road to restructuring and gave it a reinvigorated development platform, with the integration of informationization and industrialization and the attendant economic benefits firmly on its agenda. As almost all aspects of production can be specified and detailed through this information system, any businesses economic benefits and competitiveness can be hugely enhanced.

As part of the process of ERP project implementation, CNR sought to highlight the standardization of its enterprise information management platform.
