Statistics shows that market size of ERP software got up to RMB 2690 million Yuan in Q2 2006, 22.27 percent higher comparing to the same period of 2005. The size of universal ERP software reached 1210 million Yuan, which took up 45% ERP market share.
 
ERP application is more popular in the industries of manufacturing, finance and circulation, as they totally took up 77% market share in Q2 2006. Manufacturing was the top one marketplace for ERP application, taking up 56.3% market share with RMB 1514 million Yuan.
 
In terms of regional distribution, East China, North China and South China took up 68.8% market share, where East China was ranked as number one marketplace with 27.1 percent market share.
 
UFIDA, SAP, Kingdee, and ORACLE were still the top four vendors of ERP software, totally accounting for 36% market share in Q2 2006.
