BEIJING (AFX) - CDC Software, a subsidiary of CDC Corp, has raised its offer for Onyx Software Corp, a maker of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
NASDAQ-listed CDC - formerly known as Chinadotcom - offered Onyx shareholders 4.85 usd per share in cash, or five usd split evenly between cash and CDC stock, CDC said in a statement.
Onyx on June 6 agreed to be acquired at 4.8 usd per share by privately-held M2M Holdings.
Business software firm CDC Corp operates the China.com site.
