Yulon Motor China JV gets nod from Chinese government

Yulon Motor Co., Taiwan's top automaker, said on Monday that its joint venture with Dongfeng Motor Group Co. has been approved by the Chinese government.

Yulon would invest 775 million yuan ($114.4 million) in the 50-50 tie-up in mainland China, the company said in a statement filed to the Taiwan stock exchange.
