India's?second-biggest software exporter, Infosys Technologies Ltd., said Wednesday it would invest US$10 million over the next two years to build a software campus in Shanghai.

Infosys, which is expanding in China like industry leader Tata Consultancy Services to help global customers and hire low-cost staff, said its new center would also house back-office services and training facilities. The Shanghai project is expected to start in January next year.
