To speed up the transition from a product company towards a service company, and to construct a software industry eco chain and set up the strategic layout in the North China market, Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited (stock code: 0268. HK, hereafter referred to as “Kingdee Group”) entered into an agreement with Beijing Shunyi District Government. The agreement states that Kingdee Group will purchase land, about 213 mu (1 mu = 1/15 of a hectare) in total, in Shunyi New Town to establish the “Beijing Kingdee Software Park”, the third one of its kind after the Shanghai and Shenzhen Kingdee Parks. Kingdee Group will form a triangular business strategic layout of China in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Beijing.
