Companies urged to encourage young to construct digital world
More efforts should be made by companies to lower the barrier of digitalization to encourage more young people to join in construction of the digital world, a top company executive said.
Dai Zhikang, founder and CEO of tech startup Huoban.com, said as more people born in the 1990s gradually step into higher management positions, companies should exert more effort to build a new generation platform that allows firms to achieve digitalization in an easy way.
To meet such demand, Dai said the company should leverage no-code to build a data visualization platform to offer overall solutions for the entire process of operation management services for enterprises.
No-code is a type of web development that allows non-programmers and programmers to create software using a graphical user interface.
"We also aim to bring more fun to user to make digitalization no longer a boring process. We strive to gamify some process to help users gain a sense of accomplishment and fun," he added.
Dai made the remarks as the company cooperated with WeCom, the enterprise service and work communication tool of Tencent's WeChat, in holding a news conference recently. During the conference, Huoban.com launched its latest version of a no-code platform.
"WeCom is willing to become an assistant for partners and leave the upper-level application space for developers. Together, we can combine a set of solutions to help customers solve the needs of various vertical industries," said Li Zhifeng, vice president of WeCom.
