SoftBrands has announced a sale in China for its Fourth Shift enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

The company was selected to deliver the Fourth Shift ERP software solution for Pentair Water Technologies Group's China operation.

Two sites within Pentair, in the Americas, currently run their businesses with Fourth Shift, where SoftBrands' products and services have delivered proven 21st century manufacturing solutions that continuously provide measurable operational results.

Pentair, Inc is a diversified manufacturer serving customers worldwide in its core businesses: tools, water technologies, and enclosures.

Pentair provides construction, woodworking, electronics, water conditioning and industrial markets with a wide range of innovative, quality products.
